In some cases, to confirm the reservation, the Hotel performs a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the customer. Pre-authorization is not a purchase. It consists in verifying the validity of the card and in the consequent temporary blocking of the amount of the first night to guarantee the reservation.
If this pre-authorization is not successful, we will be forced against our will to consider the booking invalid. In case of cancellation outside the deadline, the structure is authorized to proceed with the collection; if there is no penalty, the structure will issue the pre-authorized sum.
