We have a front desk open 24 hours a day with staff who speak four languages, a breakfast worth coming back for, and a quiet building 500 meters from the Malpensa Express. In a city you experience outside all day, that's the list that really counts.
Online check-in to skip the line at the front desk. Reception and check-in available 24 hours a day, even for a flight landing at midnight. Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out: you won't spend your last day in Milan dragging a suitcase around. Need a place for a business meeting? Two rooms, for 5 to 30 people, could be just what you need.
The staff at the reception was courteous, helpful in providing us with the information, and always with a smile. Very clean hotel, we had a triple of more than decent size. The location is great. Breakfast big and varied.
Yes: the front desk is open 24 hours a day. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM onward, with no time limit; check-out by 12:00 PM.
